Lecture, discussion and practical application on tactical safety from a vehicle including detaining suspects, clearing building, clearing vehicles, approaching vehicles, restraint techniques and clearing of parking lots and open areas. |
Tactical Operations |

Lecture and discussion on tactical operations including evacuations, fires, natural disasters, incidents of violence and crime scenes. |
Reports |

Lecture, discussion and practical application on the importance of reports, their legal implications and hands on report writing. |
Vehicle Care, Maintenance and Inspections |

Lecture and practical application on vehicle care, maintenance and inspections including the actual full inspection of a vehicle. |
Defensive Driving |

Final Exam |

A comprehensive final exam to include 20 True/False, 10 Multiple Choice and 5 short answer questions. The driver evaluation is also considered part of the final exam and must be passed. |
